At Chatrium Grand Bangkok, we’ve introduced a Guest Room Management System (GRMS) that detects when rooms are unoccupied and automatically adjusts lighting and air conditioning to conserve energy.
Several of our properties also utilise Building Management Systems (BMS) that monitor energy and water usage in real time helping us lower emissions, preserve resources, and improve operational efficiency.
