Our Journey to Ethical Sourcing
Our cage-free journey began as a hands-on commitment in 2024, when we established our own chicken coop at Chatrium Golf Resort Soi Dao Chanthaburi. This initiative enabled our culinary teams to connect more closely with the origins of our ingredients and inspired us to expand our commitment across Thailand.
Working alongside certified animal welfare egg producers, we carefully transitioned our sourcing practices to ensure every egg met high standards of responsible and humane farming.
100% Cage Free Across Thailand
In February 2026, we proudly completed the transition to 100% cage-free shell eggs across all Chatrium Hospitality properties in Thailand. From signature dining experiences to the breakfast enjoyed each morning, every dish now reflects our commitment to more responsible sourcing.
This milestone has also been recognised by Humane World for Animals, highlighting our collaboration in advancing animal welfare through responsible procurement. We are honoured to work alongside organisations that share our vision for a more sustainable future.
