To maintain a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable living environment for all residents, the following rules and regulations shall apply:
1. Residency, Registration & Immigration Compliance
- Only registered residents and approved occupants are permitted to reside on the property.
- In compliance with immigration reporting requirements, residents must notify Management of any planned overnight absence.
- Subletting, sharing, or transferring occupancy to third parties is strictly prohibited.
2. Visitors
- Residents are fully responsible for the conduct and behavior of their guests.
- Overnight stays by guests require prior approval from Management and must comply with residence policies.
- All guests must register with the Customer Service Team upon arrival.
3. Noise & Conduct
- Residents must maintain respectful noise levels at all times.
- Loud noise is strictly prohibited after 20:00 hours.
- Any behavior that disturbs or inconveniences other residents is not permitted.
4. Safety & Prohibited Items
- Gas stoves, charcoal stoves, and similar cooking equipment are not permitted within the residences.
- Cannabis, illegal substances, weapons, and hazardous materials are strictly prohibited. Smoking is not permitted inside rooms or on balconies. Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas. Tampering with fire safety or security equipment is strictly prohibited.
5. Room Care, Cleanliness & Maintenance
- Residents are responsible for maintaining their rooms and furnishings in good condition.
- Alterations, renovations, or modifications to rooms or fixtures are not permitted.
- Any damage must be reported to Management immediately.
- Personal belongings must not be placed outside rooms or in common corridors.
6. Pest Control
- Residents are required to cooperate with scheduled pest control services.
- Refusal to grant access for pest control may result in the resident being held liable for any related damage or pest issues.
7. Use of Common Facilities
- Common facilities must be used in accordance with posted rules and guidelines.
- Appropriate attire and proper hygiene must be maintained in shared areas.
- Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
8. Pets
- Pet are strictly not permitted anywhere on the property.
